On 9th August, Hugues Ngouélondélé, the Labor Minister of the Republic of Congo and his followers visited Hong Xing Glass Company, which was warmly welcomed by General Manager Wang Zhengwen.

The Minister and his followers first watched the video of "Safety Notice of Entering the Factory at the Construction Site" and talked with General Manager Wang Zhengwen. Mr. Wang expressed sincere gratitude to the Minister for his support in the process of development, and made a report regarding the company's situation. He introduced that the project has entered the final stage of construction and will produce the first glass in the Republic of Congo in September, breaking the history of zero glass production in six countries of China and Africa.

The Minister and his followers then visited the production site of the company. The Minister had a cordial conversation with Nole, a local employee, and encouraged him to cherish the opportunity and work hard in the laboratory. In the melting furnace area and heavy oil power generation area, Wang Zhengwen introduced the glass production process, main products and applications, production guarantee, employment of local employees, etc., and said that the proportion of local employees will be gradually increased in the future, so that more Congolese will join the production management of the company.

After visiting and listening to the report, the Minister said that he came to Hong Xing Glass today and saw a modern enterprise that will soon be put into production. The company has a high degree of overall modernization, advanced technology and equipment, good humanistic care and great development prospects. He is happy that Congo has such a company.
